Requested Information
I am requesting, preferably in electronic format, a copy of the title page, cover page, or any teacher description of Wilde Lake Middle School teacher Mr. Spicher's book of student quotes that he reads at the end of the year to "graduating" 8th graders. To be clear, I am only requesting information about this book written by Mr. Spicher about the contents of the book. I am not requesting any student information.

I am also requesting any emails between Mr. Spicher and the WLMS principal from 2017 related to inquiries about this book.

Emails between Mr. Spicher and the WLMS principal from 2017 related to inquiries about this book, which also describe the contents of the book in question. Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), which restricts access to student records, and MPIA GP ยง 4-313, which prevents disclosure of school district records pertaining to individual students, we have redacted any reference to a particular student, or personally identifiable information that would reveal student information from the responsive records.
