In the letter School-Property-Rockburn-Letter-122217.pdf of December 22nd, from CE Kittleman to Supt. Martirano, Mr. Kittleman states "After careful and extensive evaluation of potential school site designs, I have concluded that I am unable to support using land in Rockburn Branch Park for a school site for many reasons."

Please provide all materials provided by HCPSS to Mr. Kittleman concerning the Rockburn school site for his review.

Responsive to this request, we have been unable to ascertain any documents regarding Rockburn Park provided to Allan Kittleman by HCPSS for his review in consideration of High School #13. For reference, under a previous MPIA request we released correspondence between the Board of Education and the County Executive regarding High School #13 including the submission of Capital Budgets: https://mpia.hcpss.org/requests/2018-207. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on the Rockburn Park location was completed in October 2017 and can also be found through a previous MPIA: https://mpia.hcpss.org/requests/2018-222.
