HCPSS News Distributions Supt Survey
Links to the survey were included in the November 8, 2017, November 15, 2017, November 22, 2017, and November 29, 2017 system wide HCPSS News email distributions which includes parents, staff and community members who have elected to receive HCPSS news. At the time, there were approximately 77,000 recipients per email.
Superintendent Search Parent Communication
As noted in the Survey Results Memo, schools were sent instructions for use of paper-based surveys as well as a sample article about the survey to include in their school newsletters, and/or on their school websites and social media accounts if they chose.
Board of Education Superintendent Search Input Distribution
This letter was distributed by the Board of Education to various community organizations, education affiliates and 29 former board members. The list of recipients by organization as contacted by the Board is also included (by email to those highlighted and hard-copy to others).
