Response Notes

Responsive to this request, no emails specifically distributed to HCPSS staff regarding the Community Input Survey seeking Desired Characteristics of an HCPSS Superintendent were located. From the various distributions released under MPIA 2018-410, including those to employee union representatives or where staff may be registered recipients of HCPSS e-newsletters, any number of HCPSS staff members could have received emails (or seen web/social media posts) regarding the survey.

*Some request language is summarized to include the requester's specific document requests and legally protected information (such as personally identifiable information of a student) or personal, defamatory and malicious content removed at the discretion of the school system.

**Responses containing legally protected information available only to the person of interest are omitted from the above report.
