Teaching positions falling under the HCEA negotiated agreement are dependent on the specific individual in that position and based on their educational level as well as other factors per the negotiated agreement. Therefore such positions will not have pre-determined grades and salary ranges.

The attached report contains current HCPSS position titles (outside AMT positions supplied in separate attachment and HCEA teaching positions noted above), along with the salary scale to which they belong and the corresponding grade. No existing report contains this information along with the associated salary ranges. However, the key contained on the first page of the report indicates the negotiated agreement name that corresponds to the salary scale (compensation) name used in our reporting system.
