Outside the records provided above, staff indicates existing communications related to the actual processing of reassignment requests for redistricted students were specific to individual students as they were handled on a case-by-case basis. Per discussions to exclude items regarding specific students, one communication staff was able to identify that was generic/did not call out a specific case is attached below, along with a memo to the Board of Education referencing student reassignment requests.
