Responsive to this request, following discussions to clarify the records sought as those including “general guidance/direction/instruction, etc., that was provided to HCPSS staff,” please find records attached below which include special education. Outside the guidance provided below, staff indicates any specific actions related to redistricting for students with IEPs/504s would have been handled on a case-by-case basis for individual students.
Requesting all documents, including but not limited to emails, correspondence, memos, and calendar items (including attachments), regarding meetings for or the establishment of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or 504 Plans for students who were redistricted. Search period is August 26, 2019 to March 31, 2020.
