Responsive Documents
These emails are those identified per discussion to search an existing @hcpss mailbox used by our Security team to approve entrance to the Central Office building since the closure on March 13, 2020, narrowed to those sent from individuals listed under MPIA 2021-104 and specifically requesting access for themselves. Please note, as these records encompass access at the Central Office building itself, requests to enter other HCPSS offices/buildings will not be reflected, nor will it include potential requests from staff other than themselves for one of the listed individuals. Under MPIA GP § 4-330, we have redacted sociological information where it contains personal phone numbers and has the potential to pose a risk to individual safety or privacy.
This log includes use of electronic keycards at all Central Office building doors, narrowed to those individuals listed under MPIA 2021-104. Please note, this record is only available since September 21, 2020. Additionally, as this request encompassed access at the Central Office building itself, travel to other HCPSS offices/buildings, or entrance via non-electronic means, will not be reflected. Under MPIA GP § 4-352, an agency may withhold records related to emergency management where inspection may endanger the life or physical safety of an individual. As such, we have redacted times of entry which may reveal staff entrance patterns. Under MPIA GP § 4-311, which prevents disclosure of personnel records of an individual, as well as MPIA GP § 4-338, which requires a custodian to deny inspection of information about the security of an information system, employee badge/ID numbers have been redacted.

*Some request language is summarized to include the requester's specific document requests and legally protected information (such as personally identifiable information of a student) or personal, defamatory and malicious content removed at the discretion of the school system.

**Responses containing legally protected information available only to the person of interest are omitted from the above report.
