Responsive to this request, please find attached the proposal as submitted by Flexible Benefits Administrators, Inc. in response to this RFP. Under MPIA GP § 4-335, which prevents disclosure of confidential trade secret, commercial or financial information furnished by an outside unit, biographical data (including resumes) on key employees, as well as identification of proprietary operations, staffing/organization and management including subcontractor information, unique pricing offers outside total costs as awarded by HCPSS, and customer reference information (also under MPIA GP § 4-310) were redacted as they have the potential to cause harm to the competitive position of the vendor from whom the information was obtained and/or impair our ability to obtain similar information in the future.
