Responsive to this request, no contract has been executed with Merriweather Post Pavilion for the 2023 graduation ceremonies at this time. Attached you will find correspondence between Merriweather staff and HCPSS Purchasing regarding the expected timeline for this contract, however no dates have been finalized at this time. Under MPIA GP § 4-330, we have redacted sociological information where it contains personal phone numbers and/or has the potential to pose a risk to individual safety or privacy. Per the approved HCPSS 2022-2023 calendar, the window for graduations is May 18 – June 1: https://www.hcpss.org/calendar/#grad.
