I am requesting documents (including hard copy submissions, emails and attachments - with student names redacted) to and from Elementary School Instructional Facilitators Jessica Hanauer, Jessica Yaniro, and Michele Redmiles with instructions to school staff to keep logs of IEP service hours missed and responses to those IFs with the logs for the school year 2023/2024.

Responsive to this request, please find attached communications located by the named instructional facilitators regarding instructions for school staff on missed service tracking, along with logs submitted to the instructional facilitators. Please note, staff indicated most communication and review was done in-person and logs were not submitted to/collected by the instructional facilitators. Under both the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), which restricts access to student records, and MPIA GP § 4-313, which prevents disclosure of school district records pertaining to individual students, we have redacted names of students as well as specific grade, service plans, or student activities that are unique to the student and where the combination of that information with other released information has the potential to identify a student from the responsive records. Under MPIA GP § 4-330, we have redacted sociological information throughout where it contains personal phone numbers and/or has the potential to pose a risk to individual safety or privacy. Documents/logs linked within the email communications have been included after each respective email.
