Also, indicate if this person or entity has an executed contract with the HCPSS and/or BOE to provide a defined list of scope of services. If such contract exists, please provide a copy of that contract. What was the selection process to award a contract to that consultant, if one exists?

The original award of this contract was at a January 15, 2015, Board of Education meeting to DeJong-Richter – which our School Planning Office indicates is still under use, however the group has since become part of Cooperative Strategies, LLC.
Amendment to Agreement - DeJong Richter
Current renewal agreement that includes the consultant’s name change from DeJong Richter to Cooperative Strategies, LLC as executed on January 1, 2017.
