Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Contracts and Agreements
All contracts, memoranda of understanding, service agreements, and amendments between your school district (or city) and BusPatrol, from 2017 to present
Any intergovernmental agreements involving local police related to citation processing, revenue sharing, or program administration
Requests for proposals (RFPs), bid documents, or sole-source justifications related to the selection of BusPatrol
2. Financial and Pricing Information
Revenue-sharing agreements, fee schedules, and payment terms
Records showing citation revenue collected, distributed, and retained by each party (school district, city, BusPatrol, courts)
Any invoices, payment records, or financial statements exchanged between the parties
Documentation of the "violator-funded" funding model, including per-citation amounts and allocation formulas
3. Program Policies and Procedures
Policies governing access to camera footage including for data retention policies for video footage and location data
Policies regarding which personnel (school district, law enforcement, BusPatrol) may access footage and under what circumstances
Any privacy impact assessments or data protection policies related to the program
